Cockroach Treatment

Rodent Control
Target Pest : Rat & Mice.
Service Procedure : We provide the total Rodent Management solutions espicialy in common areas and compounds. For indoor control of Rat and Mice Glue boards or mulity-catch wire trap will be used. Advantage of using glue boards are that they are simple to use as no food or [poision baits are used and the cath can be disposed off without the dead mouse or rat causing odour / contimination problems from inaccessible production areas. The placemnt of glu board or wire traps will be along the wall in all areas, close to doors and other opening into an area from where rat and mice are likely to enter inside the building. Spacing of this devices will be determined on practical feasibility, upon inspection.
Termite Treatment
Target Pest : Subterranean Termite.
Service Procedure : Subterranean Termite live in colony below the soil and enter the structure through very minute gaps/cracks. The principal of Post Construction Anti-Termite treatment to creat a “chemical barrier / chemical zone” below and around the building - from inside as well as outside – so that we deny entry for termites into the structure. However, in an existing building it is very difficult to carryout the treatment as lot of factors like, fixed furniture, wall thickness, interior decor, basement structure etc – would pose serious limitation for the creation of effective chemical barrier / zone.
